Meraki Studios guarantees all of our work. If you are not happy with your results, we will make it right – at no additional cost to you. There are no refunds for services received. Retail may be returned for a full refund within two weeks of purchase.

We know things come up – please try to give 48 hours' notice when cancelling a reservation so that we may refill your service provider’s time.

With consideration of all our guests and service providers, Meraki Studios has implemented a 48-hour cancellation policy.

If an appointment is canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled time, a 50% non-refundable deposit will be required to book any future appointments.

As part of our booking system, appointment confirmations and reminders are sent via text and/or email. Guests must opt in to receive these communications in order to secure and maintain their appointment.

Appointments must be confirmed within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time. If confirmation is not received, the appointment may be canceled to allow availability for other guests.
